The First RFQ Is High-Level

Use the initial email to establish component-manufacturing fit. Establish access, storage, transmission, and permitted-use controls before technical disclosure.

Name the part, quantity, controlling material or process, and required date. Specification fit is reviewed before capacity or timing is stated.

  • CUI, classified, or export-controlled information
  • NDA-protected or customer-restricted data
  • Credentials, access tokens, or account details
  • Any technical file
