Specification Site Terms
These terms govern this public website. Any actual build-to-print engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.
Name the part, quantity, controlling material or process, and required date. Specification fit is reviewed before capacity or timing is stated.
Information, not release authority
The site provides general manufacturing guidance and an email path for requesting a fit review. It is not engineering approval, production release, legal or export advice, a quotation, or a commitment of price, schedule, capacity, facility, credential, sourcing, security, compliance, quality, or acceptance.
No contract through email
Sending an RFQ email does not create a customer relationship, duty to accept work, confidentiality obligation, production commitment, or contract. A separate signed agreement governs any service.
Authorized Use of Site Material
Public guidance may be used for internal evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, seek unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent identity or authority.
Technical and protected information
Do not send drawings, specifications, BOMs, source files, controlled part details, CUI, classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected, credential, or proprietary technical information in the first email. A confidentiality agreement alone does not establish an approved data-handling path.
Rights in Specifications and Content
The original site text, brand presentation, audit method, and templates are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Your preexisting information remains yours. Technical and production-data rights must be set in a separate agreement.
No third-party endorsement
No customer, certifying body, supplier, regulator, or platform endorsement is implied. Current primary evidence must support any later third-party reference.
Access and Site Continuity
The site may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the public guidance is complete for a specific product, contract, or program.
